How my journey began
My fitness journey has definitely had some ups and downs. It was an adventure to love myself and the body I was given! Not having the proper tools when I was younger I, unfortunately, became super obsessed with the number on the scale, overtrained, underate, and went about weight loss in all the wrong ways. It took every ounce of courage I had to realize that what I was doing was not good for my health or my goals! I came to terms with the fact that the goals I had could not be reached within a few weeks, and if they did, they went away just as fast. Since recovering, it has been my number one goal to help others avoid the same mistakes I made, and to attain their goals safely! I am all about sustainable fitness and helping others love moving their body! I can help you because I have been you.
